Refund policy

The 30-night promise

Try TRUCE for 30 nights. If you and your partner aren't sleeping quieter — and waking up on the same side of the bed — we'll refund your order in full. No restocking fee. We don't need the used strips back, just the unused ones and the box.

How to start a return

Email hello@sleeptruce.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day. Refund hits your card within 3 business days of us receiving the package.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 nights of delivery date.
• Original purchase only. Items received as gifts can be exchanged for store credit at the original purchase value.
• Subscription orders are eligible for refund on the most recent shipment if the request is made within 30 nights of delivery.

Damaged or lost packages

Email us. We'll send a replacement same day at no charge.

Refund timing

Once we receive the return, your refund processes within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 2–7 business days to appear on your statement.
