TRUCE collects only what we need to ship your order, support you, and (with your permission) email you. We don't sell your personal data.
What we collect
- Order info: name, shipping address, email, phone (if provided), order contents.
- Payment: handled by Shopify Payments and your card processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email: your address, if you sign up for our newsletter, plus engagement data (opens, clicks).
- Browsing: standard cookies, page views, and device info, used to improve the site and personalize what you see.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order-status emails, answer support questions, send marketing emails you've opted into, and improve our products and site.
Who we share it with
- Shopify (our store platform).
- Zendrop (our fulfillment partner) — ships products on our behalf.
- Klaviyo (email marketing) — only if you opt in.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for delivery.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) for site improvement and ad measurement, in anonymized form.
We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time — email hello@sleeptruce.com and we'll handle it within 7 days.

We use essential cookies (cart, checkout) and optional analytics/advertising cookies. You can opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser settings or our cookie banner.
Children
TRUCE products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Updates
We may revise this policy. The latest version is always at /pages/privacy. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers.
