Our story

We tried earplugs, white-noise machines, a $300 mouthguard, and the guest room — in that order.

The mouth tape category existed, but it was sold to lone biohackers, not to couples sharing a bed. So we built the version we wished we'd had.

For two faces, one bed

TRUCE ships in pairs. Two skin tones in every Couple Box, color-coded so you don't mix them up. It's the small detail that turns a personal habit into a nightly ritual you share.

Designed to disappear

Hypoallergenic medical-grade adhesive. Cotton breathable backing. A central air slit so you can still talk, drink water, and mouth-breathe if you need to. Three nights in, most people forget it's there.

What we don't claim

We don't cure sleep apnea. We don't replace a dentist-fit appliance for severe snoring. What we do: encourage nasal breathing, which the science is clear about. That alone, for most couples, is enough to share a bed again.
